Ex Fix High Performance Insulation Fixing

For applications requiring high pull out resistance, or for fixing to poor quality base materials, EX-FIX is recommended. EX-FIX features an expansion pin, driven into the stem of the fixing to expand the stem and provide a high pull out resistance. The drill diameter required for the stem is 10mm. EX-FIX also features a 50mm diameter head to provide a high pull over resistance. EX-FIX is also highly recommended for systems using applied render, the head features key holes and a rough surface to assist in bonding of the render to the insulation beneath.
