The EX FIX (Expansion Fixing) consists of a Fixing Body, which is inserted through insulation and into the base material, and an Expansion Pin which is driven into the centre of the Fixing Body to secure the fixing.

Typical applications areas are Over Cladding of Buildings, Waterproofing Systems and External Wall Insulation Systems.

The EX FIX is available in four lengths, 60mm, 90mm, 110mm, 130mm to cover a wide range of insulation thicknesses.

NB Support Washer

For applications fixing soft insulation with Panel Fix and Ex Fix fastening products, it is recommended that additional support is provided for the insulation.

Techmarkets can supply the 90mm diameter support washer to fit under the head of Panel Fix and Ex Fix fixings.
