Plaspin Plastic Insulation Hanger

PLASPIN is a two part, ALL PLASTIC insulation hanger. Used in conjuntion with a suitable liquid bonding adhesive* , PLASPIN can be used to secure insulation to many construction materials, concrete, masonry, steel, plastic, wood, and plasterboard.

PLASPIN consists of a base section, with 50mm square perforated base, along with a separate 43mm diameter retaining washer.

PLASPIN bases are available with a range ofstem lengths to fix insulation from 20mm to 100mm thick.

• No need to drill into the base material, no special tools or power required.
• PLASPIN is manufactured from high strength Polypropylene which is fully resistantto corrosion and moisture.
• Once fixed in position, the stem ofthe fixing will not cause injury to personnel and is much safer than conventional metal fixings. SAFETY FEATURE
• Plastic is a poor conductor of heat, use of PLASPIN will reduce the cold bridging effect across the insulation layer therefore reducing energy costs for the building.
