Installation Procedure
  1. Select the correct anchor length according to the guide to suit the thickness of insulation to be fixed.
  2. Drill a 10mm diameter hole through the insulation into the base material. It is recommended that the hole is drilled at least 50mm in to the base material to allow for the expansion pin to clear the end of the fixing.
  3. Insert the anchor body through the insulation and into the pre-drilled hole. Drive the anchor body in using a hammer until the head is level with the surface of the insulation.
  4. Insert the expansion pin into the central hole in the anchor body and drive in with a hammer.
  5. Drive the expansion pin until the head of the pin is level with the head of the anchor. Installation is completed.
Caution: The nail must be driven straight. Hammering at an angle may cause the nail to break.
