Technical Data for IFIX INSULATION FIXING

IFIX is manufactured from Co Polymer Polypropylene.
Application Temperature Range:	-30°C to +90°C
The anchor is not suitable for direct, long term exposure to UV radiation.

Installation Procedure   Select the correct anchor length according to the guide to suit the thickness of insulation to be fixed. Drill a 10mm diameter hole through the insulation into the base material. It is recommended that the hole is drilled at least 50mm in to the base material. Insert the IFIX through the insulation in to the pre-drilled hole. Drive the fixing in using a hammer. Continue hammering in the fixing until the head is level with the surface of the insulation. Installation of the fixing is completed.
